Walking trail pavement from my apartment, scanned on a partially cloudy day, highlights and shadows removed from Adobe lightroom for creating the right Albedo map. Used Canon Rebel T3i and 18-55mm lens for taking shorts, and for removing seams I have used Substance painter clone stamp tool. Substance Designer is the key tool for creating roughness variation here, grains of sand in concrete bricks are usually too tiny, for doing those I have used a combination of White Noise and Dirt to create tiny specular sports around the tiles.
