Las montañas - Game Environment

The goal of this project is to showcase skills with Houdini Heightfields and Unreal Engine Master Material. I have gone through a couple of optimization stages to run the project on target hardware with i7 7700HQ 24GB RAM GTX 1050 4GB aiming for 30 frames per second. Instead of geometric tesselation for the master ground material, I relied on Parallax Occlusion mapping with minimal artifacts, a reason the target hardware has low system specifications and aims for 30 FPS. I used Houdini Digital Asset for landscape to control the properties of the snow curvature and sediment. In addition, I used my own Photogrammetry asset too (with LODs) around the landscape
